Robyn’s inspiration for this painting:”This painting was painted from a series of underwater photographs I took from Green Island off Lake Conjola Beach. When the tide is very low it is possible to walk across to Green Island and spend a couple of hours there until the tide changes. The snorkeling is generally along the rock wall but before you get to the depths there are rocks and seaweed in the shallower part. I just loved the soft light which was what inspired me to paint it. There is a walk around the small island and it is easy to forget the time and the tides”.
