Natalie’s Inspiration: “There is something genuinely joyful about all Rosella species. To me they all have a cheeky grin in their beaks and a sparkle in their eyes. That is why the title “Happy Chatter ” was chosen for this painting. Pale-headed Rosellas have such a unique colour combination in comparison to other Rosellas, it was a lot of fun to blend blues, soft lemons with a hint of green, and a flash of red!! It’s been over 20 years since I have painted a Pale-headed Rosella, why have I left it so long!”.
