Join us for “The Bird and the Brush”, a special four-day art exhibition celebrating the beauty, diversity and character of Australia’s magnificent birdlife.
Explore stunning original paintings of Australia’s native birds, along with habitat paintings, prints and merchandise from some of Australia’s most gifted wildlife artists.
You can brush up on your bird identification skills as you browse the exhibition, ready for the Aussie Bird Count, which starts on Monday 19 October to Sunday 25 October 2026.
You’ll see native birds found all over Australia, beautifully captured through the eyes of talented wildlife artists.

Join us for informative talks on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October from 11am and discover more about Australian birdlife, wildlife art and the inspiration behind the paintings on display.
Explore a special Landcare display on the gallery lawn throughout the weekend, with opportunities to learn more about supporting native wildlife and habitat.
On Saturday and Sunday collect free native plants for your property or garden generously donated by Landcare.
