Natalie’s Inspiration: “My inspiration behind this painting stemmed from my desire to create a major work later in the year featuring a pair of Red-tailed Black Cockatoos. I can’t believe that they are a subject that I have never painted before! It was such a joy to paint! I have had a series of photos of these beautiful birds on file from a family holiday in Queensland a few years ago. I am so excited that I am finally getting to use them”.
