The Small Works Art Exhibition at Morpeth Gallery is on each day from Thursday 27th October until Sunday 30th October, and again each day from Thursday 3rd November until Sunday 6th November. In addition artists James Hough, Heidi Willis and John Bradley will be in the gallery to meet and greet you as well you can see them painting in the gallery over both days of the weekend 29th and 30th October.
Wildlife Artist Natalie Jane Parker will be in residence over the second week of the Small Works Art Exhibition, she will be painting in the gallery each day for four days from Thursday 3rd November until Sunday 6th November, showing her prowess with art brushes and acrylic paint. It is nothing short of stunning as you watch one of her works come to life in front of your eyes.
This show is a display of small original oils, acrylics and watercolours by award winning and internationally renowned Australian artists. Works will be priced at $1,000 and under. Despite being diminutive in size, they are big in character and will only increase in value over time.
Whether you see yourself looking over rolling hills and rippling streams, or a tall ship fleeing over rolling waves or enjoy an intricate vase of delicate roses or even a colourful rosella nestled in a tree, you are sure to find something which catches your eye.
Landscape artist John Bradley, wildlife artist James Hough, and botanical artist Heidi Willis to name a few, have been creating some stunning originals to fit into the $1,000 and under price range and you have the added bonus of talking to each of them at the gallery whilst they are painting, remember they are only there during the first weekend of the exhibition, 29th & 30th October.
